Dynamic asana flow
Beginning with awareness of breath, seek to let our thoughts away from the room and energy to unite with our fellow practitioners .
Activating and heat crack our muscles consciously breathing slowly and makrosyrta ...
And soft , we go with our breath on a journey from one stop to another flow , allowing that " the breath to lead the asana"
Diateinontas and twitching muscles in our entire body , energize all our energy centers -chakras allowing the release of endorphins - hormones of joy
The course culminates with inverted asanas that carve smiles on our faces , leading us to discover the hidden force us to align ourselves both physically and energetically. Finally bring down their beats us to ourselves in the magic trail of relaxation and meditation and so connect with the wisdom within us .
